These terms apply to the crelova.ai website and the Crelova Android app. By downloading, installing or using Crelova, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. Eligibility

You must be old enough to consent to digital services in your jurisdiction and legally able to accept these terms. If you use Crelova for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. What the service is

Crelova is an AI app generator that runs on an Android phone. You use your own model endpoint, generate a single-file web app through chat, preview it in the app and optionally export an APK. Crelova does not provide model credits and does not guarantee that output is correct, complete, secure or fit for your purpose. Generated apps are web apps hosted in a WebView shell, not native Java/Kotlin projects.

The current build may be in beta. Features, interfaces and availability may change or be interrupted. Keep copies of important source, conversations and exported APKs.

3. API keys and third-party services

• You must obtain and protect your own model API key and follow the provider's terms and billing rules.
• Crelova is not part of billing, refunds or disputes between you and your provider.
• API keys are encrypted with Android Keystore on your device. Use a trusted device with a lock screen and updates, and rotate keys periodically.
• If you suspect a key is compromised, revoke it with your provider and create a new one immediately.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Crelova to generate, distribute or assist with:

• Malware, ransomware, credential theft, bypassing security controls or attacking others' systems;
• Phishing, scams, impersonation, disinformation or misleading content;
• Collecting, selling or exposing personal information without authorization;
• Sexual content involving minors or exploitation of minors;
• Harassment, hate, threats, incitement to violence or illegal activity;
• Infringing intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights;
• Violating the law in your jurisdiction or your model provider's policies.

Built-in models, external agents and runtime AI requests include safety rules and may refuse or limit certain requests. We may also decline support or suspend access to address abuse, security or legal issues.

5. Your content and generated output

You retain your rights in prompts, project names and materials you provide. Ownership of generated output as between you and your model provider is governed by that provider's terms; Crelova claims no ownership of your generated content. You are responsible for how you use, install, share or publish it.

AI may produce incorrect, unsafe, outdated or infringing content. Before installing or sharing a generated app, review its code, permissions, network requests and data handling. Generated app content is untrusted and has not been security-audited by Crelova.

6. Exported APKs and sideloading

An exported APK is a standalone app and is no longer controlled by Crelova after installation. You may need to allow installs from unknown sources. Install only APKs you trust and accept the risks of sideloading. The website APK and a future Google Play build share one package name and normally cannot be installed side by side; confirm signature compatibility before upgrading.

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crelova is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, error-free or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that AI output, third-party models, networks, exported APKs or website downloads will always be available or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crelova and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost data, lost profits, business interruption or third-party claims. For a free build, our aggregate liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. Liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law is not affected by this section.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change features. Material changes will update the effective date on this page. You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. If you violate these terms, we may limit or terminate your access to support or online services.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith; unresolved disputes will be submitted to a court or dispute-resolution body with jurisdiction under applicable law.
